I cook for a University here in Oregon. I know what’s healthy but didn't really apply it to my own lifestyle. Darlene has an approach that makes you want to go out there and get what’s good. She looks great and makes you want to look great too.

I've implemented adding more fiber, switched my tortillas and iceberg lettuce for the healthier versions that you suggested. Oh, and last night I made a family favorite. I usually use white tortillas and full fat cheese but I made a second, healthier version with your substitutions. Truth be told, I couldn't tell a difference in the one I ate as far as taste is concerned. But in knowing what I was eating was so much better for me- I was that much happier!

As long as you are really ready to make a healthy change you WILL have success with Darlene’s help. If you’re not ready, short of standing in front of you feeding all your meals, nothing will work.
